According to the provisional schedule for 2018 published in June, the season will start in Australia on March 25th and will continue with the Chinese Grand Prix on April 8 and Bahrain on April 15th.

However, according to British journalist Joe Saward, it was decided to change the calendar for a little while to explain the official calendar.

According to the report, the Chinese Grand Prix organizers are asking the Chinese Grand Prix to be postponed by one week due to the three-day Qingming Festival to be held in China between April 5-7.

The organizers believe this festival will cause the number of spectators to fall.

It is expected to be accepted by the FIA ​​and the Bahrain Grand Prix will be held on April 8 and the Chinese Grand Prix on April 15.
